1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

• You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

• Domestic Orders (India): 4–10 business days depending on your location.
  Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a minimum order value.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link to track your order in real-time.

• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or customs.

2. Refunds & Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

• Returns are accepted only for:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product

  • Size exchange (if available)

Non-Returnable Items

• Accessories, discounted/clearance items, and personalized/custom items are non-returnable.

• Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and are not considered defects.

Return Process

2. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or provide a return address.

3. After we inspect the returned item, we will confirm your refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after product inspection.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing them, if they have not been shipped.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the returns policy.
